We know what you're actually afraid of, and it isn't $19. It's spending a Saturday moving four years of directory into a new system and discovering on Sunday that half the households came through wrong. So here is exactly how the import works, with nothing glossed.
- Export from the old system.Whatever CSV it gives you. You don't have to reformat it, rename columns, or delete the ones we don't use.
- Upload it and look at every row.The importer shows you exactly what it's about to create — person by person, household by household — before a single record is written. The column names Breeze and Planning Center exports use are recognized on sight.
- Commit it, once it looks right.Nothing is saved until you say so. If the preview looks wrong, close it and nothing happened.
If your export is a mess, send it to us. We'll get it in for you, free.
That's not a sales gimmick with a minimum church size on it. Reply to any email from us and a human answers within one business day.

Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 30 days, and we don't ask for a card to start it. You get every feature for the full 30 days. Nothing is charged, because we have no way to charge you. If you want the plan after that, you add a card then. The separate public demo is different again: it needs no account at all.
- What happens at the end of the trial if I do nothing?
- Nothing dramatic, and nothing is deleted. Your account goes read-only for 7 days — you can still open every page, read everything, and export your directory and reports to CSV. Add a card at any point and full access comes straight back. We will never lock a church out of its own records without telling it first: you'll get an email a week before the trial ends, again at three days, again the day before, and once more when it ends.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Yes. $190 a year, which works out to 2 months free against paying monthly. Monthly at $19 is still the default and still cancel-anytime — the annual option exists because some church treasurers would rather touch the books once a year than twelve times.
- How does that compare to other church software?
- Most church management software runs $50–$200+/month, and much of it scales with how many people are in your database — so the bill goes up every time a family joins. SundayBridge is $19 flat whether you have forty people or four hundred. Check any vendor's current pricing page rather than trusting a number from a blog post, including this one.
- Does the price change as we grow?
- No. It's $19 a month whether your church is ninety people or three hundred. No per-member pricing, no add-on modules, no premium tier.
- Can we cancel anytime?
- Yes. It's month to month with no contract. Cancel whenever you like, and take your CSV export with you — the directory and all twelve reports export on the way out.
- What isn't included yet?
- We're deliberate about not overselling. There's no messaging, no online giving, no child check-in kiosk, and no multi-user staff roles yet. Attendance accepts a named roster or headcount; Sunday school and generated reports remain read-only. You can import your directory from a CSV after previewing every row, and export the directory and reports to CSV. The changelog lays out exactly what's shipped and what's planned.
- Is the AI an extra charge?
- No. Ask AI and the AI insight panels are part of the one $19 plan — 10 questions a month, with no add-on to buy and no per-question billing. It's included in the free trial too.
- Can the AI see our church's data — or anyone else's?
- It can use six selected, read-only summaries of your own records and cannot address anyone else's church. Your question and the summaries needed to answer it are sent to our AI provider to generate the response; they are not used to train its models. Private pastoral-care notes and individual giving identities are excluded. Underneath, a restricted database role returns nothing unless your church is set, and grounded-number checks reject figures the system did not compute.
Thirty days is long enough to know.
